"The Sabbath is not for the sake of the weekdays; the weekdays are for the sake of Sabbath. It is not an interlude but the climax of living." Abraham Joshua Heschel (2005).

How do we mark and celebrate Shabbat in the home? Prayers, songs, blessings, food and self-care; let's explore Shabbat together, one step at a time!

Through a zoom training session, mentors will learn more about Shabbat home practice to share with their current or prospective mentees.
