Learn to be a Dayan for the Sandra Caplan Community Bet Din.

You are invited to a scheduled Orientation for Dayanim new to Sandra Caplan Community Bet Din scheduled through Zoom:  ADD NEW ZOOM LINK

You will meet other rabbis from across the progressive streams of Judaism.

You will learn the ways in which this community bet din is different and our approaches to questioning candidates.

There will be a hand-on experience with a former candidate represented by their written Personal Reflections and you will be able to role play a Dayan.

You will meet and learn from one of our Roshei Bet Din:  Rabbi Dan Shevitz and meet our new Executive Director, Chaplain Deborah Schmidt.
